Turn Key project management
Managing construction sites or/and retail sites where local project management with international knowledge and understanding is wanted/needed.
That is to say controlling/guiding everything from proposals, to site survey, to finished drawing/design presentations, production, QC and establishing/building up the site/shop, settled as consultant/hours or total price.
Of course also only parts of the project can be agreed (f.ex. only drawing, only QC or only establishment/building up the site/shop).
Retail Concept Management
Retail Concept management can be understood as guiding the local partner in how to maintain and keep the original concept in terms of look, quality and layout.
Normally it will be settled as either fees per project or a monthly fee for longer term cooperation.
Purchase, purchase control and quality control (QC)
Purchase, purchase control and quality control (QC) can be understood as managing various purchase processes for enquiries from other markets.
Purchase, purchase control and quality control (QC) is normally settled as a fee equal to a percentage of the purchase amount per project/purchase.
Agency arrangement/control, within the company’s related area
Agency arrangement/control can be understood as an arrangement by a given agency for the Chinese or Asian market. Settlement of agency arrangement is negotiated for each single agency, but as a rule, will be the arrangement profit on sale on/in market/area.
Green Product Procurement
Green Product Procurement is a specialized purchasing and consultancy function where MS Assistance will guide our clients to suppliers of products made of recycled materials or assist in developing a greener purchasing setup through our knowledge of green and sustainable production and our network of environmentally friendly suppliers.
